Networking

What is Networking?

Networking is a series of opportunities to share ideas and information with other small companies attempting to achieve Enterprise Excellence. Typical networking events include guest speakers, company/plant tours, special seminars and other social events.

Why attend Networking opportunities?

Networking provides small businesses an opportunity to learn how other small businesses are pursuing Enterprise Excellence. Participants can benchmark themselves against companies who have excelled in a particular area. Observing other companies provides your organization with “lessons learned” about pursuing Enterprise Excellence, thus avoiding similar problems. In addition, Networking provides your company an opportunity to teach others in your areas of excellence. The result of participating in Networking events is a mutually beneficial relationship between companies attempting to achieve excellence.

How does Networking work?

The Enterprise Excellence Team coordinates Networking events on a quarterly basis and will announce networking opportunities.
