This Lunch & Learn will provide business Owners, CEO’s and CFO’s a process to answer those important questions.
• How to use your company Balance Sheet. While the Balance Sheet measures Net Worth, it’s not always accurate. The instructors will demonstrate how Inventory and Fixed Asset valuation methods will add or subtract from your company’s Net Worth.
• What is an Exit Strategy? Every business owner, senior management team or corporate board should have a written plan on how to exit the business. The instructors will describe the most common exit strategies, including internal transfers to family and external sales to a competitor, private equity group, plus the increasingly popular Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
• How to define the sales price of a company. The instructors will discuss the three most common pricing methods: Multiples of Earnings, Book Value and Discounted Cash Flow.
