Income/Outcome is a board game simulation of a manufacturing company. The workshop includes all the excitement and hassle of running a business.
To gain an understanding of the numbers in your business and how to create positive financial results.
1. Participants will compete with other teams to win sales orders;
2. Participants will have opportunities to improve cash and profit by changing prices, payment terms, capacity, or inventory levels. You’ll be given the options to invest in marketing, implement Lean or buy equipment; and,
