Kay Smith has been educating and empowering people for over 17 years. Along with being a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, a Master Pilates Instructor and a certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, she became licensed as an Image Consultant in the ‘Dressing Your Truth’ system. She has worked with businesses and public sector organizations in the Dallas/ Ft.
